Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available for flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience managing tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for team members
  • Ability to direct and motivate others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build relationships

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
