Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Experience delegating and coordinating tasks for two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-interacting roles
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating at least two employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead team members during shifts to provide excellent customer service
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among two or more employees
  • Maintain store safety, security, and operational standards
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
  • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to Starbucks policies
