Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Experience preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
  • At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate store operations during shifts
  • Guide and motivate barista team members
  • Ensure quality control of beverages and food products
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Coach partners on store policies and procedures
  • Promote an uplifting and team-oriented work environment
