Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead store operations during shifts to ensure quality customer service and product standards
- guide and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer experiences
- manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
- delegate tasks and coordinate team activities effectively
- support training and coaching of team members on store procedures and beverage recipes
- maintain calm and efficient workflow in a fast-paced retail environment
- foster a positive and inclusive store atmosphere that promotes teamwork and partner engagement
