Job Requirements

maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
at least six months of experience interacting with customers
at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
ability to learn quickly and adapt
ability to direct the work of others
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
knowledge of retail environment and store operations
ability to lead and delegate tasks to team members
effective oral communication skills
strong interpersonal and team-building skills

Job Duties

lead each shift alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
maintain operational standards and store safety
coach and develop partners in beverage preparation and customer experience
handle cash transactions and ensure security
motivate and foster an encouraging team environment
manage store activities during busy periods
communicate effectively with team members and customers
