The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is integral to maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring that every customer enjoys outstanding service and quality products. As a leader on the floor, the Shift Supervisor supports the team by delegating tasks, coaching partners, and fostering teamwork throughout the shift. Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- six months of experience interacting with customers
- six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
