Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- at least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- lead each shift and work alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
- maintain an encouraging and energetic team environment
- provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
- manage shift operations including inventory and workflow
- create a positive customer experience by resolving issues and responding to requests
- uphold Starbucks quality and customer service standards
