Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to meet store operating policies and safety standards
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction and fulfillment
  • Experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to recipe changes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for a team
  • Knowledge of retail or restaurant operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with a focus on quality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead each shift by managing and motivating the store team
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and expertly crafted beverages
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate workflow among baristas
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Coach partners on beverage preparation and Starbucks standards
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
