Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with an average of 45 hours per week
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to complete a job-fit assessment during onboarding
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Demonstrated customer focus and work ethic with high standards of integrity
- Positive training and development approach
- Ability to build a successful team environment of trust
- Adaptability to changing store and customer needs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures
- Retail experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Maintain effective communication with leadership team members
- Initiate actions to achieve shift and store goals
