Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in food service or retail
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to work a rotating three-week schedule with 45 hours per week
- Must demonstrate strong work ethic and high standard for integrity
- Must have effective communication skills
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must be organized and able to follow store policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food service or retail
- Strong customer focus

- Positive approach to training and developing team members

- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
