Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum 1 year of retail or food service supervisory experience
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with 45 hour work weeks
- ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and build a successful team
- capable of adapting to customer and employee needs
- strong organizational skills
- background check and job-fit assessment required as part of onboarding

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
