Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant role
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule including shifts from 2:00 pm to close
Strong communication skills
Ability to train, develop and lead a team
Ability to adapt to changing customer and employee needs
Willingness to undergo background check and job-fit assessment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory or food service role
Strong communication skills
Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
Knowledge of food service operations and customer service
Retail experience

Job Duties

Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
