Within this vibrant environment, Gopuff is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Starbucks Operations team. This role is pivotal to ensuring that Starbucks customers receive accurate orders quickly while maintaining the hallmark Starbucks Experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, the Shift Supervisor helps lead store operations during scheduled shifts by organizing and deploying baristas effectively to deliver superior service. The role demands high standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in alignment with both Starbucks and Gopuff values.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating a positive and efficient working environment by monitoring shift activities, providing coaching and feedback to team members, facilitating new employee training, and ensuring that all beverage and food products meet strict quality standards. This position also requires maintaining calm and composure during high-volume periods or unexpected events, thereby setting a positive example for the shift team. Shift hours are flexible and can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the varied nature of the retail delivery business and the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce.

This role offers competitive compensation based on market rates and geographic location, with specific salary ranges dependent on the area, such as $17.10 per hour in Philadelphia, PA.
