The Shift Supervisor position within Gopuff’s Starbucks Operations team plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the Starbucks Experience for customers. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, this role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the store during scheduled shifts. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing order accuracy, facilitating fast and efficient delivery, and managing the barista team to deliver quality products and exceptional customer service.
