The Shift Supervisor role within Gopuff’s Starbucks Operations team plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards associated with both Gopuff and Starbucks brands. - 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Gopuff
- maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment for cues
- communicate information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a great working environment during each shift
- assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- provide feedback to manager on employee performance during shift
- create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to baristas on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance
- develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
- execute store operations during scheduled shifts
- organize opening and closing duties as assigned
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
