Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- must have open work availability including early mornings and possible overnights
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work well under pressure
- eligibility to work legally in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills in a foodservice or hospitality environment
- ability to train and coach team members effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- availability to work early mornings and overnight shifts
- willingness to adhere to company standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
- train new hires on operational standards and processes
- complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
- provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
- perform other duties as assigned
