Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related supervisory role
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with 45 hour work weeks
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in food service or retail supervision
- Strong customer focus and work ethic
- Ability to train, develop, and interact positively with team members
- Effective communication skills with leadership team members
- Organized, detailed and able to follow practices and procedures
- Retail experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
