Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including food, beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience in customer service roles
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Six months of experience in supervisory or coordination roles
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead store operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities during shifts
- Coach partners in preparing food and beverages to Starbucks standards
- Maintain quality, cash handling, safety, and security standards
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
- Support team collaboration and build relationships
