Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- must possess a valid driver's license
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must agree to a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service & cleanliness
- take actions needed to turn dissatisfied guests into regulars
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- develop team members by providing ongoing feedback
- create a positive work environment known as 'the place to work'
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
- ensure compliance with operational standards
- maintain professional image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance
- manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure quality and low waste
- ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- ensure a safe working environment and timely injury report completion
