Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience recommended
  • knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • must possess a valid driver's license
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service & cleanliness
  • take actions needed to turn dissatisfied guests into regulars
  • provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
  • develop team members by providing ongoing feedback
  • create a positive work environment known as 'the place to work'
  • enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with operational standards
  • maintain professional image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance
  • manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure quality and low waste
  • ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • ensure a safe working environment and timely injury report completion
  • effective shift management
