Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, talking, and hearing
  • Commitment to upholding company core values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Willingness to adhere to health, safety, and equal employment policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for coffee and tea and willingness to learn about the products
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of store operations and sales

Job Duties

  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability with guests
  • Lead by example through coaching and training to drive sales and service performance
  • Serve as a coffee and tea expert, applying provided training to enhance guest experiences
  • Generate new guests and foster store presence within the local community
  • Ensure safety of employees and guests by prioritizing health and safety practices
  • Contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating store processes
  • Act as an advocate for the company by building relationships with the community and promoting the brand
