Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and lifting

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or food service supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and tea products
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example as an advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert who shares passion and product knowledge with guests
- Generate new guests through excellent in-store customer interaction
- Ensure safety by prioritizing a safe environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, stock organization, and innovative ideas
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community as the face of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
