Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or food service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to coach and mentor team members
  • commitment to upholding company core values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for coffee and tea
  • ability to motivate and lead a team
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • lead by example and advocate for the team through coaching and training to drive sales and service performance
  • be a coffee and tea expert bringing passion and sharing it with guests
  • generate new guests through engaging in-store experiences and community connection
  • ensure safety of employees and guests as a number one priority
  • contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating processes
  • build store presence by connecting with the local community as a brand advocate
