The position of Shift Supervisor at Braum's is a key leadership role that plays an important part in maintaining the company's high standards and operational excellence. The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily food service operations including grocery market sales and fountain services. This full-time role operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with 45 hours per week primarily covering shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Braum's offers competitive hourly compensation between $14.50 and $15.00, which equates to an annual salary ranging from $35,500 to $37,000.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor leads by example and serves as a mentor by teaching, coaching, and motivating store crew members. The supervisor is tasked with maximizing store sales by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent food quality and service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards, ensuring all store policies and procedures are properly followed.
