The position of Shift Supervisor at Braum's is a key leadership role that plays an important part in maintaining the company's high standards and operational excellence. The Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily food service operations including grocery market sales and fountain services. This full-time role operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with 45 hours per week primarily covering shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Braum's offers competitive hourly compensation between $14.50 and $15.00, which equates to an annual salary ranging from $35,500 to $37,000.

Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
