Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead and direct store operations during shifts
- ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes
- coach and develop team members to enhance customer service and operational performance
- manage cash handling and enforce store safety and security protocols
- delegate tasks effectively to team members to optimize workflow
- monitor and maintain store environment to ensure a welcoming and clean setting
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
