Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members during shifts
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • delegate tasks and coordinate the work of staff during shifts
  • deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively
  • maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • support training and development of new partners
