Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
- ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- delegate tasks and coordinate the work of staff during shifts
- deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively
- maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- support training and development of new partners
