Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

- Meet store policies including quality, cash handling, and safety standards

- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
Job Qualifications

- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and direct others
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and delegate tasks effectively
- Coach and prepare team members on beverage and food preparation
- Maintain quality standards for products and customer experience
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor and enforce store policies and compliance
