Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store policies including quality, cash handling, and safety standards
- Prepare and coach on food and beverage preparation
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Six months experience in delegating or coordinating tasks
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and direct others
