Job Requirements

- Prior retail or food service experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Develop expertise in coffee and tea products to passionately educate guests
- Generate new guests by creating compelling in-store experiences
- Prioritize safety for employees and guests to maintain a healthy environment
- Contribute to store tasks including cleaning, organizing stock, and bringing innovative ideas
- Act as a community advocate to build store presence and local connections
