Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role
  • Ability to lift 25-85 pounds
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Hearing within normal range
  • Ability to handle cash and perform accurate counting
  • Manual dexterity for food packing and cleaning
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces

Job Duties

  • Oversee team performance and guest experience during shifts
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager with team building and operational goals
  • Communicate business updates, goals, and promotions effectively
  • Ensure a clean restaurant environment and timely delivery of hot and fresh meals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members
  • Maintain safety standards around kitchen equipment and food handling
