Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, store safety and security
- Have six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
