We are currently hiring for a part-time Shift Supervisor role within our store outlets. This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the restaurant. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing store resources effectively including stock, staff, and sales to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably within a pizza-focused setting. This role requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and managing various responsibilities, such as taking phone orders, preparing and cutting pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, organizing the workspace, bussing tables, and responding quickly to customer needs.
The Shift Supervisor must be flexible and available to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and possibly overtime as needed. The role demands strong leadership skills to manage a small team or work independently, ensuring a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
