Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or management experience
  • Servsafe Manager Certification preferred or ability to take and pass certification
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensuring that all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position
  • Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
  • Personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
  • Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
  • Completing HACCP log on shift
  • Taking accurate inventories and receiving deliveries
  • Coaching and counseling your team to meet standards
  • Ensuring that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed
