Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Manage a specific station on the line during service ensuring timely and efficient food production during peak hours
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients including washing chopping and measuring to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor the freshness and quality of all ingredients reporting any issues to the kitchen management promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food production and communicate effectively during busy service periods
  • Contribute to menu development by providing feedback on recipes techniques and seasonal ingredients
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and labeled
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed including prep work and cleaning
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth in the kitchen
