Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Willingness to learn and develop management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of the results of your team and impact guest experience and restaurant success
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving restaurant goals related to team building, operations metrics, and profitability
- Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates to the team
- Provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, clean restaurant, and hot and fresh meals
- Lead the creation of a positive and collaborative family environment
