Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan and monitor shift performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and maintenance
- Manage crew scheduling, training, and development during shifts
- Ensure safety and security standards are consistently met
- Assist in meeting departmental and shift targets and goals
