Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Plan and monitor shift performance and take corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, and maintenance
  • Manage crew scheduling, training, and development during shifts
  • Ensure safety and security standards are consistently met
  • Assist in meeting departmental and shift targets and goals
