Job Duties

  • lead shifts and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor performance during shifts
  • ensure team meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training
