Job Requirements
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor performance for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to food safety and security standards
- Manage inventory and scheduling efficiently
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with team and next shift leaders
- Meet shift targets and assist departments in achieving goals
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Passion for customer service and leadership
