Job Requirements

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor performance for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and security standards
  • Manage inventory and scheduling efficiently
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate effectively with team and next shift leaders
  • Meet shift targets and assist departments in achieving goals
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Passion for customer service and leadership
