It is important to understand that this franchisee is a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shift
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet McDonald's quality service cleanliness standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- meet targets and help assigned departments achieve goals
- manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew quality food production scheduling training customer service
