Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor team performance
- ensure safety security and profitability standards are met
- communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth handover
- manage food safety internal communication and inventory
- oversee daily maintenance cleanliness scheduling and training
