Job Duties
- Coordinate nursing staff and services during the night shift
- assess patient care needs and staff requirements
- collaborate with staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor
- ensure patient care is appropriate to age and development
- support Nursing Department Director with administrative duties
- monitor and improve patient care standards
- manage shift operations efficiently
