Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to manage inventory and scheduling

Job Duties
- Leading shifts to ensure excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Planning and organizing shift activities
- Monitoring team performance and taking corrective action
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security policies
- Managing crew scheduling and training
- Overseeing inventory and daily maintenance
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Communicating shift information to team and next shift manager
- Meeting operational and departmental targets during shifts
