Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
  • Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Must pass a background investigation
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Flexible work availability
  • Commitment to food safety and proper procedures
  • Support the management team to meet all operational goals
  • Must obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
