Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
  • Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Must pass a background investigation
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Flexible work availability
  • Commitment to food safety and proper procedures
  • Support the management team to meet all operational goals
  • Must obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and build a cohesive team
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training

Job Duties

  • Lead and support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Maintain a "Customer First" attitude within the team
  • Promote and enforce proper food safety procedures and culture
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines for food preparation, service, and cleanliness
  • Create a positive, fun, and family-oriented work environment
  • Oversee training and development of team members to encourage career growth
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and basic restaurant equipment usage
