Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Must pass a background investigation
- Eligible to work in the country
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Flexible work availability
- Commitment to food safety and proper procedures
- Support the management team to meet all operational goals
- Must obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and build a cohesive team
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
Job Duties
- Lead and support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Maintain a "Customer First" attitude within the team
- Promote and enforce proper food safety procedures and culture
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines for food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Create a positive, fun, and family-oriented work environment
- Oversee training and development of team members to encourage career growth
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and basic restaurant equipment usage
