Job Requirements

  • Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week including opening, busy day parts, and closing shifts
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • Compliance with HACCP standards and internal company policies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact comfortably with customers
  • Flexibility to work a varied and rotating schedule
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and wellness guidelines at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service
  • At least 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and customer interactions
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards including HACCP compliance
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including openings, busy periods, and closings

Job Duties

  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist AGM/GM in supervising daily activities of associates in assigned restaurants or points-of-sale
  • Participate in the interview process and provide input on hiring, termination, advancement, or promotion decisions
  • Assign work tasks, contribute to schedule preparation, and ensure all shifts are staffed
  • Ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and visual appeal of display areas
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Operate cash register, void transactions as needed, and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures and report safety concerns
  • Perform Health and Safety activities as outlined in the Manager's Guide
  • Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
  • Maintain current contact information for all associates working in the restaurant
