As a Shift Manager, you will oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service during every visit. You will lead and motivate crew members and fellow managers to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

The Shift Manager role encompasses supervising food safety and cleanliness protocols to meet McFamily standards, effective communication with crew and other managers to prepare and run successful shifts, achieving performance targets, and ensuring departmental goals are met. Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability during each shift is also a critical responsibility. You will be managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance, as well as providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
