Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure standards are met
  • Communicating effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers
  • Achieving shift targets and departmental goals
  • Monitoring safety, security, inventory and profitability
  • Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance
  • Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
  • Training new team members on critical job functions
