This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a completely separate company and employer. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Potential candidates should note that applications and employment decisions will be managed exclusively by the franchisee, with no involvement from McDonald's USA.
