Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience leading shifts or teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with next Shift Manager
- Assist departments in meeting targets
- Manage food safety
- Oversee internal communication
- Handle inventory management
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage crew scheduling and training
