This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a completely separate company and employer. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience leading shifts or teams

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • Plan and monitor shift performance
  • Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with next Shift Manager
  • Assist departments in meeting targets
  • Manage food safety
  • Oversee internal communication
  • Handle inventory management
  • Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Manage crew scheduling and training
