We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Shift Managers to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts at our busy McDonald's stores. The Shift Manager position is a crucial role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring strong execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards. Reporting to the General Manager, the Shift Manager supports the development and performance of crew members by leading and motivating teams during shifts to maintain high standards and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include planning for each shift, ensuring food safety, monitoring performance, enforcing cash-handling policies, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Additionally, Shift Managers assist in achieving departmental and store goals by coaching and supporting their team, setting an example through leadership, and managing shift-level issues with urgency and integrity.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of fast-food experience combined with management or trainer experience. Those 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a Serve Safe Certificate are encouraged to apply. Job Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of fast-food experience and management or trainer experience
  • You must be 18+ years or older, and valid driver's license
  • Serve Safe Certificate
  • Minimum 1-3 years of fast-food or QSR management or supervisory experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Execute daily shift plans, including staffing, deployment, and readiness
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor performance throughout the shift and take corrective action as needed
  • Maintain high standards of quality food production and cleanliness
  • Enforce cash-handling policies, security procedures, and opening/closing checklists
  • Coach, train, and motivate crew members through hands-on leadership
  • Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and service areas remain clean and organized
  • Communicate clearly with the management team regarding shift outcomes and issues
  • Act as a role model by leading with integrity, urgency, and teamwork
