Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have prior leadership experience preferred
- Possess flexible availability
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Strong focus on customer service
- Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Plan and monitor each shift’s performance
- Take action to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
- Manage food safety and inventory
- Train and manage crew and other managers
