Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customer fast accurate friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance

- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth handovers
- manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance cleanliness managing crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety security scheduling training
