Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customer fast accurate friendly experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • ensure team meets McDonald’s quality service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth handovers
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance cleanliness managing crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety security scheduling training
