The position of Shift Manager at Five Guys is a key leadership role responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can perform all the duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders while also managing various aspects of restaurant operations including product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, team management, and inventory control. Shift Managers ensure that operations comply with company standards and that the team delivers exceptional service and delicious food in a clean and well-maintained environment.
