Job Qualifications

  • minimum age of 18 to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner
  • take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
  • prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's standards
  • ensure the quality and freshness of food products
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • operate cash registers and handle customer payments
  • provide accurate change and process transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
  • clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • dispose of waste and keep the dining area clean
  • work effectively as part of a team
  • communicate with team members and managers
  • support colleagues during busy periods
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • comply with McDonald's standards and guidelines
  • handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours
  • prioritize and manage time effectively
  • participate in training sessions and development programs
  • stay informed about menu changes and promotions
  • ensure that kitchen equipment is in good working condition
  • report any equipment issues to supervisors
  • be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, such as cashier, kitchen, or drive-thru
