Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints
- prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's standards
- ensure the quality and freshness of food products
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate cash registers and handle customer payments
- provide accurate change and process transactions
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- dispose of waste and keep the dining area clean
- work effectively as part of a team
- communicate with team members and managers
- support colleagues during busy periods
- follow company policies and procedures
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- comply with McDonald's standards and guidelines
- handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours
- prioritize and manage time effectively
- participate in training sessions and development programs
- stay informed about menu changes and promotions
- ensure that kitchen equipment is in good working condition
- report any equipment issues to supervisors
- be willing to work in various roles within the restaurant, such as cashier, kitchen, or drive-thru
