Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Reliable transportation if required for the role
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the foodservice industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and operational software
Job Duties
- Adhere to guidelines techniques and expectations for each station including but not limited to dough management accuracy and proper portioning
- Perform assigned work station duties such as making quality products following all product preparation procedures and maintaining established product holding times
- Consistently contribute to achieving the companys product goal
- Commit to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant’s customers minimize customer complaints and respond appropriately to customer needs
- Follow all policies and procedures including image attendance safety and security
- Exemplify and exhibit the core values maintain a positive attitude work well with others and be flexible and adaptable to change
- Ensure adequate shift coverage for restaurant provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified
- Maintain product quality customer service and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards follow all policies and procedures related to shift management
- Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the focus system
- Execute cash management duties
- Assist in the management of inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss
