Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or retail environment preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Strong organizational skills
Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Reliable transportation if required for the role

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the foodservice industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Familiarity with POS systems and operational software

Job Duties

Adhere to guidelines techniques and expectations for each station including but not limited to dough management accuracy and proper portioning
Perform assigned work station duties such as making quality products following all product preparation procedures and maintaining established product holding times
Consistently contribute to achieving the companys product goal
Commit to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant’s customers minimize customer complaints and respond appropriately to customer needs
Follow all policies and procedures including image attendance safety and security
Exemplify and exhibit the core values maintain a positive attitude work well with others and be flexible and adaptable to change
Ensure adequate shift coverage for restaurant provide immediate feedback and correct problems when identified
Maintain product quality customer service and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards follow all policies and procedures related to shift management
Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the focus system
Execute cash management duties
Assist in the management of inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss
